No sound from one website

Not getting any sound from one website while others users are. Sound from

other websites is working fine.

 

Any help solving this problem will be appreciated. Thanks

He multi-posted this to Vista groups as well.

 

It's his own personal website and not all visitors can hear his

background sound (they're the lucky ones I'll bet).

 

Not fixable without knowing all his visitors setups.
