Fax Viewer Issue

Have been recieving faxes for years with no issue. Today the error message:

No fax viewer is generated. I've done nothing to alter the configuration.

Is the name of the default viewer app known and can I point to where it

should be. This is an XP Pro SP3 machine. Guidance sought

Try this:

Right click on the File > On the context menu that appears, click "Open

with" > Choose a program...From the Program list, choose Windows Picture and

Fax Viewer or the program you want. Check the box below "Always use the

selected program to open this kind of file". You can also choose to browse to

the program you want to use by clicking the Browse... button. Click OK.
