All Driver Disappeared when Create New Data Source

Hi, I wanna to add new data source for SQL Server in Admin Tools -> Data

Sources (ODBC), but after I click ADD in User DSN / System DSN, there are

just empty ( just the attached capture screen...! I would like to ask how

can I get all the default driver back ? Thank you very much.

 

My OS: Windows XP SP2
