Font problem with Sans-Serif

After reloading XP, I added some fonts to use with Adobe CS3.

 

I don't recall replacing or deleting any fonts, but when I was finished, I

immediately noticed a different font on Craigslist. This is not one of the

fonts I added.

 

Bottom line, I have no idea how this font changed. I would like to get

things back to normal again with as little pain as possible.
