a while back I started having a major performance degradation when selecting

all and copying files - like in a folder where there may be 3000 files, if I

select all and then copy, I may have as much as a 30 second lag before I can

go somewhere else and paste. Anyone have any idea why this is happening?

Re: copying files

Your computers CPU is performing calculations. That takes some time.

Don't be so impatient, let it work.

Re: copying files

It may be better to use a command prompt if copying and pasting so many

files.
