E-mail address without a user account

[Guest Doug]

I would like to make an email address that is not associated with a user but

forwards to a users mailbox. the public from outside my organization need to

be able to send to this address.

If this is an MS Exchange question then I recommend you

post it in an Exchange newsgroup.
