Please try to provide a little more explanation when you reply.

 

Start in Safe Mode.

Switch on > Constantly tap F8 about once per second > select Safe Mode from the list of options.

Graphics will look a bit odd dure to minimal drivers.

 

Can you access the folders / files now?

Hi, yes as KenB says. Is this happening when Windows is loading from switch on, or when you double click an application and if so which ones?
