Guest dhunton Posted August 21, 2008 Posted August 21, 2008 My boss tried to copy a file from one CD to another (before I started working here). Now, every time you boot the computer, it says that there is a file waiting to be written to CD. But you can't delete the temporary file because the CD is was pulled from isn't available. Is there any other way to get rid of this annoying message and the associated file? -- dhunton
Guest Bob I Posted August 21, 2008 Posted August 21, 2008 Re: Files Waiting to be Written to CD navigate to C:\Documents and Settings\udername\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\CD Burning and delete the pending files. Make sure show hidden and system folders is enabled if you don't see this path. dhunton wrote: > My boss tried to copy a file from one CD to another (before I started working > here).
