wiped the drive and cant install os via usb

I have managed to wipe my os from my emachines netbook, now i cant run anything on it, i have triedusing flashboot to install a new os but ikeep getting a message stating itcant find files to copy press esc to skip. i have a few times got through to nextstage then itsays part one done etc rebooting, then it comes up same again to install windows or recovery thing, please help someone. i am installing on usb

Have you wiped the full drive or just your os , emachines netbooks come with a recovery partition if its there pressing f10 at boot up will launch recovery mode
