window recovered from a serious error

Hi

I've installed Window XP (x64) in my new pc. However, after

installed, it shows window recovered from a serious error.

Sometimes,

it will reboot again and again. I surf from the network, and there

is

webpage in microsoft talking about reinstall some driver. I use my

DVD (about motherboard, there are many drivers there), and install

all

right by checking device manager. But still the error message keep

on

showing.

Does anybody know how to fix it?
