So I'm going to be buying a new CPU, Motherboard and Memory this week, I'm limited to about £250

Prefer an Intel i5 (2400k minimun, 2500k preffered)

8gb ram or higher

Never bought a motherboard before so pretty clueless.

Current hardware: Gigabyte gtx 560ti 1gb, Corsair 600w PSU, Corsair 60gb SSD and a bog standard 500gb HDD.

Used for gaming mostly, online gaming is quie CPU dependant these days from what I've heard.

UK based only please

(Posted a few days back and only got one answer from an american which sent me to some american shop which I'm not prepared to wait weeks for delivery and delivery fees.)

Help needed ASAP as I'll be ordering this week and want the best I can get for my money.

Thanks Lee

Hi and welcome to ExTS

I have merged your two threads.

I found your CPU a bit cheaper - and no delivery charges

You don't mention the OS

I assume with 8GB RAM you are installing a 64 bit system ?

Have you taken the cost of this into account?

There is an email going around offering processed pork - gelatin - and salt in a can ......this is simply SPAM !!
