A Desktop.ini file has appeared in My Recent Documents folder,

but I don't know its original location, so I can't return it there, and

I'm warned of dire consequences if I try to delete it. Can somebody

tell me where its belongs? I run XP Pro/SP3, and here are the

contents of the stray Desktop.ini file:

[.ShellClassInfo]

InfoTip=@Shell32.dll,-12692

IconFile=%SystemRoot%\system32\SHELL32.dll

IconIndex=-21

LocalizedResourceName=@shell32.dll,-12691

RE: stray Desktop.ini

When you change folder settings (icon, make it read only ...) this file

Desktop.ini will appear. It can be located in any folder.
