I just installed service pack three and upon re-starting I get the following

error message: Windows - No Disk

Exception processing Message c0000013 Parameters 75b6bf7c 4 75b6bf7c 75b6bf7c

It has buttons at the bottom: cancel, try again, continue. I have tried

each numerous times but to no avail. What is wrong? What do I need to do?

Simple uninstall SP3 (why do you think that you need it?)

This is a common problem for some with SP3.

You do it via the Recovery Console:

How to remove Windows XP Service Pack 3 from your computer

Re: NO DISK

Hello, I had the exact same error message: Windows - No Disk

Exception Processing Message cooooo13 Parameters 75b6bf7c 4 75b6bf7c

75b6bf7c

I went o Add/remove Programs as one possible option to remove P3 however

it was lited in the left collum of programs but nothing was in the right

collum indicating size or presence.

Regardless I went to the second option on the Microsoft Solutions SP3

Page: removing it via start, run and entering their restore code in order to

restore my system to the previous SP2. That didn't work. I won't list thelong

error mesage given but it told me the location wsa not present. Should I

deduce that SP3 was somehow not installed? If so does anyone know how I can

get rid of this error mesage whch pops up each time I start up my computer?

Currently I must run Task to remove it, and that is just a pain in the butt.

I'm not great at these things so pleae be very clear if you respond. Cher

PS I find this group most helpful.
