I have a computer with XP pro.

When I do a file operation such as copy, paste, cut or move the change is

not reflected in Windows Explorer view of the folder. When I got to

VIEW>>Refresh then everything is as it should be. How do I turn on

automatic refreshing ? I must have turned it off somehow.

Thanks in advance for your help,

Jim

I don't think there is an automatic refresh in that aspect. I've seen where

what you mention happens on occasion and I have no idea why, yet when it happens

I just press the F5 key to refresh.

The F5 works fine, I just have to do it every time. Could it be some

obscure feature of my keyboard?

Maybe one of these:

157. Prevent Automatic Folder and Icon Refresh - Enable

199. Enable Folder and Icon Refresh

204. Force Auto Refresh - Undo
