Hi and welcome to ExTS

Didn't you used to play for Manchester United? :)

I need to know the make and model number of your PC and the size ( in Watts ) of your Power Supply.

The PC details will do if you don't know the PSU details.

If it is a purpose built PC then we need to check out the motherboard to see if it has a PCIe slot for your card.

Chances are that it has - but it is best to check.

There should be a make and number in large letters on the motherboard.

Can you take a look and let me know please.

If this is the card :

You only need a 400Watt PSU minimum so yours should be fine.

That doesn't ring any bells.

Post what you can find and we can take it from there.

This shows 2 PCIe x16 slots ( blue ) yours may have only 1 ...................or none :)

(They are not always blue - just to add to the confusion )

I think that must be your m/board as it has N15235 on it.

take a look here for cards:

Remember to look up the system specs of the card to make sure your 500Watt PSU is good enough.

Some cards will require 1 or 2 PCIe 6 pin power connectors from the PSU.

You can get Molex ( normal power connector ) adapters if yours does not have them.

so the evga 550 doesnt fit my board?

Yes it does.

Sorry - I got side-tracked.

You have a 500Watt PSU and the card only needs 400Watt so you will be ok there too.
