Vista-nating Server 2008

People,

 

I'm experimenting with using Server 2008 as a workstation. What I'd like is

to get the behaviour of the desktop the same as Vista. I've got the

Desktop experience, Vista Theme and Areo Glass working. However Vista also

animates window minimises and restores anyone know how I turn that on?

 

I'm also missing the sidebar but I don't think that it is in server installs

so that isn't going to be easy.
