Guest North Coast Sea Foods Posted August 26, 2008 Posted August 26, 2008 I have removed several User Accounts on my Windows 2003 Server AD. Now I need to delete the User's Profile Folders. Each time I try it tells me I do not have access? How, as Administrator, do I delete these folders? thx

Sometimes you have to reboot the machine first because one or more of the system files in their profile stays in memory if that user has been logged on earlier. I have never had to mess with any permissions to delete a user profile while logged in as an Administrator. -- Phillip Windell http://www.wandtv.com The views expressed, are my own and not those of my employer, or Microsoft, or anyone else associated with me, including my cats. -----------------------------------------------------
Guest North Coast Sea Foods Posted August 26, 2008 Posted August 26, 2008 Re: How do I delete User's Profile Folders thanks to all My problem was not being the Administrator - it went further than that. I did have files running in the background and ended up deleting the individually.
