CA and revoke/expired certificates

Hi guys,

we have a stand-alone CA for deploy EFS certificates for users, these

certificates will expire soon and i would like to know if the

directories encrypted from users with current certificates will become

not accessible when it expires.

And same question is for revoked certificates.
