I completed the first part, ie. delete files etc, but when I attempted to add the regsvr32 /i mshtml.dll, this is the message I received.. "mshtml.dll was loaded but the Dll register server entry point was not found.This file cannot be registered." The red X remains in the emails, some pictures show, but many don't.. If any files are damaged or missing, they'll be replaced. You may need to reboot afterwards. Then try to register the file again.
