Does Windows SP3 update installs Remote Desktop?

After installing the SP3 update I noticed Remote Desktop program appears in

Start menu.

I dont need this new functionality add-on and want uninstall it. How to make

this correctly?

Press, Windows key + Pause key, pick Remote tab and unselect Remote Desktop.
