Guest Hubert Rétif Posted August 29, 2008 Posted August 29, 2008 Hi, Since a few days, the server reboot itself without apparent reason. In the event log I have find these 2 error codes (first more often): Fehlercode war: 0x0000007e (0xc0000005, 0xf785f7e9, 0xb8771c48, 0xb8771944). Fehlercode war: 0x0000007e (0xc0000005, 0xf785fe23, 0xb851bc80, 0xb851b97c) An old Foxpro (16 bit) program is running on it (XP client call it). This is know as bad memory management and I am wondering whether it is not related, although it was quite good working during about 2 years. Does anyone know the meaning of the above codes? Regards, Hubert Retif
Guest Dusko Savatovic Posted August 29, 2008 Posted August 29, 2008 Re: Server 2003 SP1 reboot randomly Hubert, I would definitely suspect hardware. IMO 16-bit application cannot be the reason for random reboots of the server.
