drizzit Posted February 1, 2012 Author Posted February 1, 2012 Hey man thanks for replying, if that be the case erm, I guess it would be good to upgrade to a good motherboard and CPU then, can you link any huge upgrades? If so does any CPU work in any motherboard? and any GPU I would like to upgrade a CPU and a motherboard so I can upgrade my ram and GPU later if possible? Any help is most welcome. Quote
Wizard Posted February 6, 2012 Posted February 6, 2012 No Not every Processor is compatible with every Motherboard if that is what you are asking. Quote
KenB Posted February 6, 2012 Posted February 6, 2012 I guess it would be good to upgrade to a good motherboard and CPU then If you upgrade your m/board you will almost certainly need to re-install the O/S. If your O/S is an OEM version then you will need to buy a new one. If you are looking at a new Video Card too then you will probably need to upgrade the PSU. Ram- 4gig ddr2 A new m/b will support DDR3 so new RAM needed. You are building a new system - not upgrading :) Quote There is an email going around offering processed pork - gelatin - and salt in a can ......this is simply SPAM !! KenB Posted February 8, 2012 Posted February 8, 2012 Integrated Nvidia GeForce 7025 Graphics If you are serious about gaming then integrated graphics is going to fall way short of your requirements.
