Last year someone posted this question: Redirecting person who responded sent information on how to do lots of related things, but none of them actually clear this list.....As a test, I've removed and unlinked all devices listed in both locations that the responder posted on https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/manage-devices-used-with-your-microsoft-account-d4044995-81db-b24b-757e-1102d148f441When attempting a fresh Windows install on one of those devices
