After some inactivity on my Windows XP Pro, instead of the screen saver, I

get a dark screen, with the message: "Could not find Macromedia Flash."

OK. For some reason, I didn't have it any more. Maybe SP3. So I

downloaded it, but I still get the same message.

- Open Internet Properties.

- On the General tab page, click the "Settings" button.

- Click "View Objects".

- Right-click the "Shockwave Flash Object".

- Click Update. If no results, click Remove. It should be reinstalled

as needed; a damaged component is doing you no good.
