Have you already applied the Norton Removal Tool 2008? If not, start here: http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/norton2008.nsf/docid/2007082908475279?Open&docid=2003022510471206 TinyURL = http://tinyurl.com/6gpwpu It cleans up Norton 360, or at least, it claims to do so. I haven't heard anything against it. I'd certainly apply it before using the Windows Install Cleanup tool. -- Gary S.
