tangerine77 Posted February 15, 2012 Posted February 15, 2012 Hi, my little girl played about on my computer and deleted some programmes, what i dont know. So me thinking i could rectify it, restored my computer to an earlier date. What a mistake! Now my mouse dosent work, my internet wont connect and i cant even restore it back to the original point. Everytime i try to restore it , i keep getting just a white screen with nothing on it. Please help! Thanks Quote
KenB Posted February 15, 2012 Posted February 15, 2012 Hi, Welcome to ExTS Switch on and tap F8 constantly about once per second. Select "Last known good configuration" from the list of options. Let us know how you get on with this. Quote There is an email going around offering processed pork - gelatin - and salt in a can ......this is simply SPAM !! MiniToolBoxNetwork TestWireless Test

KenB Posted February 15, 2012 Posted February 15, 2012 What type of mouse are you using? If it is USB is there an option to try a PS2 ( round connection ) ? Assuming USB Mouse ......have you tried any other USB device and if so ....is it working ?
