Guest Argyle Ghost Posted September 3, 2008 Posted September 3, 2008 I have heard that you have to have your certificates for MS 2008 TS Server issued from a CA. Obviously if you get them issued by a CA it costs money, but can you also successfully authorize your own Certificates from your own TS Server to distribute to clients?? And isnt that free of charge too??? Where am I going wrong here? Please help, Thanks, Julian
Guest Juan Perez Posted September 4, 2008 Posted September 4, 2008 Re: CAL question Hi: If you want to use Terminal server you need to have your CAL bought from MS. You can work with temporal licenses in your clients but they get void in 90 days.
