Guest BW Posted September 4, 2008 Posted September 4, 2008 Having this trouble again, but link to old post expired/post no longer found. I have a duplicate Outlook icon that keeps reappearing after I delete it. It is the all too familiar /recycle icon that Windows loves to toss out about once every five reboots. Please help (again - sorry!)! BW

Outlook places one there also. Just remove yours and you'll be fine. -- Terry R. ***Reply Note*** Anti-spam measures are included in my email address. Guest BW Posted September 4, 2008 Posted September 4, 2008 Re: Outlook Quicklaunch Icon Terry R, I did place an icon there and have since removed it. The trouble is, it keeps reappearing after I delete it. Try removing all OL icons and then one will most likely return. You may have to live with that one. -- Terry R. ***Reply Note*** Anti-spam measures are included in my email address. Guest BW Posted September 4, 2008 Posted September 4, 2008 Re: Outlook Quicklaunch Icon I did post about the IE7 icon, but this was altogether a different issue (IE7 Desktop Icon issue) Is there a way you can check all my old posts? I know for a fact I have posted this before; in fact, I still have the response email but the link no longer works.
