Mobile phone fails to connect - "conflict"

Hi,

 

I've got an LG viewty and was able to connect before using the LG PC

software. Now, although it recognises the phone, I'm getting the message

'failed to connect' on the computer and 'failed to connect - conflict' on the

phone. I've tried a number of the USB ports on the computer, to the same

result.

 

I recently installed a second internal hard drive.
