mayorne monkey Posted February 19, 2012 Posted February 19, 2012 Hi, I've just installed curse of monkey island on my laptop, but when go to play the installed game, only the top left hand side quarter of the screen shows a quarter of the picture and the rest is black. Can anyone tell me why this is happening please? Any help would be appreciated as i love this game and haven't played it for about 15 years. Thanks in advance. Amanda & Kelvin Quote

mayorne monkey Posted February 19, 2012 Author Posted February 19, 2012 Hi, thanks for your reply but it didn't work :( Any other ideas please? Quote
kas982 Posted February 20, 2012 Posted February 20, 2012 That game uses SCUMM engine, not supported by xp service pack 3. But you can use ScummVM http://www.scummvm.org/ to play it or any other Lucas arts stuff you have. They also have their own forum;) Quote
