Guest BBran Posted September 4, 2008 Posted September 4, 2008 Hello, I understand there is a Windows Service Pack Blocker Kit available to block SP3 but I do not know where to get it, does anyone else? -- Thanks, Bob
Guest PA Bear [MS MVP] Posted September 4, 2008 Posted September 4, 2008 Re: Windows Service Pack Blocker Kit You don't need the blocker. Just open Automatic Update and select Option #3 (Notify Only). When SP3 is offered, declined to download it. If you choose to install the blocking tool anyway: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=D7C9A07A-5267-4BD6-87D0-E2A72099EDB7 -- ~Robear Dyer (PA Bear) MS MVP-IE, Mail, Security, Windows Desktop Experience - since 2002 AumHa VSOP & Admin http://aumha.net DTS-L http://dts-l.net/ BBran wrote: > I understand there is a Windows Service Pack Blocker Kit available to > block > SP3 but I do not know where to get it, does anyone else?

Guest BBran Posted September 5, 2008 Posted September 5, 2008 Re: Windows Service Pack Blocker Kit As far as I can tell that option is not available like it is on all their other updates.
