WFV3.tmp in temp

Hi,

 

A file 'WFV3.tmp' always appears in my Windows/Temp dir. Can't delete it,

scanned with McAfee AV/Firewall doesn't see it, seems to get bigger each

time I start up (about 28 megs now).

Any ideas what it is?

 

I am using Windows XP Pro SP2 updated.

You can see if it has something to do with McAfee by booting to Safe

Mode and seeing if it can be deleted. McAfee does not load in Safe Mode:
