Question on ISP's in Cornwall

I'am in Canada and I'am looking for a reasonably priced broadband isp in Truro Cornwall I'am trying to get my Mother in law setup with an ipad on wifi so she can do facetime with the family over here in Canada that is about all she would be doing as she has no experience what so ever and is 85 years of age. I would appreciate any information you can provide me with from isps to a good reliable person local over there that could assist maybe with the ipad setup of putting in her apple ID.

My work colleague retired down there, i guess it depends what you call "reasonably priced". But this company it what he uses & has no complaints.
