Oh, and of course i also do the following:

 

[start] : [Run...] : Command : [Ok] :

 

RegSvr32.exe /u WebVw.dll

 

Acknowledge the dialog saying it worked.

 

Exit [Return]

.... to close the Command Window.

 

(Reboot)

 

 

 

( I'm suddenly unsure which one does what, i use both. )

 

( [WebVw.dll] can be re-registered, 'RegSvr32.exe WebVw.dll' if

need arise and the 'NoActiveDesktop' reg-entry can be deleted or

set to numerical 'Zero', if so desired. )
