Issues with browsing

Hi I hope someone can help ,For the past few months I have been unable to browse through the normal browser tab neither google nor yahoo .I can access sites perfectly that are saved to my favourites and they are upto date and not saved pages (i have checked).I can type in site addresses through the site bar http etc and that works fine.

I have downloaded and tried chrome and firefox with no luck .Each time i have tested firewalls by turning them off and still no luck ,I have also checked when they are on that the search engine is listed .

Something is blocking browsing only and in the past it might work for a few mins or searches and then go again ,the message that comes up is that i cant get connected onto the internet !Again once i click on a favourite it works immediately.

If anyone has any suggestions i would be greatful ,my pcskills are moderate

I cant browse ,as in put in a search word e.g. "problems browsing".I get nothing for a few minutes like its trying to search and then internet just gets logged off and i get the message that " I cant conect to the internet" .But strange thing is that I can then just click on a saved web address in my favourites and it works perfectly .

Ad i said I have tried firefox and chrome also with same issue ,something on the PC is stopping me doing generic searches ,thanks for any advice you may have

If you have MBAM on your system run the scan and post the results here.
