windows 10 Out of nowhere the desktop page of my monitor has started going black every 10 seconds for a split second, causing other problems along with it?

This issue began for no apparent reason as I haven't made any significant changes/updates to my computer or system in a long time.The issue:I turned my computer on 3 days ago and after about 10 seconds of my cursor showing the loading animation next to it, my desktop page suddenly went black for a split second and then went back to normal but then repeated after approximately 10 seconds, and continued to do so indefinitely even till now. sidenote: right before the screen turns black, a cursor pops up on a screen with a loading animation and then immediately afterwards is followed by the b
