If you're using OE as your newsreader, repost in an OE newsgroup. If you're using a different reader, say which one it is.

Otherwise, you can only export and import the news account settings in Tools | Accounts | News. Groups will need to be subscribed to again. Pick the ones to which you'd like to Subscribed and your ready to go.
