Guest Man T Posted September 7, 2008 Posted September 7, 2008 My current machine is a clone of my colleague who used the 'ghost' tools to replicate his harddisk when I first came to my current company. I know it is not a good idea but that the way he did. I can see the reasons was he did not want me to spend time on the installation of all the softwares. Here's my actual question: I tried to create an installer using InstallShield and test it. However, on the page of the 'Customer Information' the 'User Name' box was filled with my colleague's name. It told me his footprint is left/spread in my machine. It also seems his name is set as default. How do I do to get rid of such thing?
