KenB Posted March 3, 2012 Posted March 3, 2012 Hi and welcome to ExTS it worked perfectly untill the update to 1.2 today Try running System Restore to a date just before the update. Start > Run ....type in .....msconfig .....ENTER [ assuming XP ] Click on "Launch System Restore" Follow the prompts and select an appropriate date. Your data / files / photos will be fine. This will revert your system settings to what they were on the chosen date and any updates will need re-installing ( if you want them ) Quote There is an email going around offering processed pork - gelatin - and salt in a can ......this is simply SPAM !! spantonpctech Posted March 3, 2012 Posted March 3, 2012 With Minecraft I am sure what this error means is that the server you are trying to connect to has not yet upgraded to version 1.2 and is still using the older version. You could either try to find another server which is using the new 1.2 verson or downgrade your Minecraft back to the version is was before and wait until all the other servers have caught up and upgraded. This happens alot with online games as the server owners can get very lazy when it comes to new updates being implemented on their servers. Quote
