Scroll mouse

I have searched extensively and can't seem to find the answer to this

problem. My scroll mouse will out of the blue resize the window rather than

go to the bottom of the page. I took out the old mouse and the new one is

doing it also. It just does it randomly. I move the bar to the left a

little in the hardware acceleration under my display adapter but it still

does it.
