Thank you, Microsoft - you've just about driven this 77 year old to a premature heart attack due to frustration.End rant.Now, here's the problem.My wife (also 77) recently lost the contents of the SSD in her PC, and as th PC was over 10 years old, I dragged out a much newer device and started to set it up for her.After much reanting and raving on my part, I got it running (sort of), but ren into password problems - basically, she didn't know what her Windows and hotmail passwords were, and I couldn't tell her, I'm afraid.So, using her hotmail email address, I set her up a user ID on her PC (us
