window position and size is saved

When the computer is shut-down, the size and position of any opened window is

saved. Where in the registry can one turn-off that feature?

It's in the folder options, restore previous folder windows at logon.

I've noticed that right after opening a folder, Wxp seems to then

save-to-disk the position and size of the folder. How can one stop that?
