Hi and welcome to ExTS

switch off at the wall but leave the plug in to maintain the earth connection to the m/board.

Disconnect all external hardware ( monitor / printer etc )

Take all removable cards ( RAM / Video etc ) off the motherboard

Take the power connections off the drives.

Disconnect the drive data cables at the m/board.

leave only the 20(4) way cable from the PSU attached,

Switch on.

You should get POST beeps if you have an internal speaker connected.

No POST beeps indicates a PSU or m/board problem.

If it isn't stable - fans spinning / LEDs on / no crash / or reboot then you have a m/board or PSU problem.

There is an email going around offering processed pork - gelatin - and salt in a can ......this is simply SPAM !!
