Guest mit Posted September 10, 2008 Posted September 10, 2008 We have TS server running Window server 2003 R2, we also run MS Office 2000. We are having a problem where the user has excel open on there desktop and working quite happily and then suddenly excel with just disappear, no error message appear on screen, now error message are shown in the event log, infact there is no trace of anything having happened. Office 2000 is update with all available updates. Our user base run a mix of PC with MS RDP client and Thin Client Terminals. The disappearing Excel does not show any preference to PC or terminal, large multi page spreadsheet or a few rows on a single page. Any suggestions?? Tim
