Administrator session frozen

My Administrator TS session has lost all icons, task bar cannot be shown

(from hidden), mouse cursor is an hour glass. I can logon as Administrator

via the console. There are no system error messages. Other TS users OK. I

have not restarted server as waiting for users to go home.

 

I have tried to logon via RDP many times (over the last hour), always the

same result.

OK now - I reset the TS session via the console. First time a session has

frozen in 3.5 years.

 

I found out what to do from another post by Vera - thanks.
