HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\App

Paths\MSCONFIG.EXE

 

I couldn't find this. I guess its this that is causing me problem.

You could also copy msconfig.exe into c:\Windows or into

c:\Windows\System32.

If the key (msconfig.exe) does not exist, you need to create one manually:
