Is it possible to install windows on a 32gb flashdrive and run in on a PC?

I saw some sick videos about this kind of windows running style the computer simply bursts of speed because of the FD's bigger reading speed than the HD's. If yes, how can this be done? a guide would help a lot! thanks

its possible, you have to insert the install disc and simply install on top of the flash drive, however you need to modify your boot order in your BIOS in order to avoid having to manually select the usb device during boot.
