Guest Bob Day Posted September 11, 2008 Posted September 11, 2008 Using Windows XP SP3 with IE7... I am unable to gain acces to the Vista newsgroups for unkown reasons (you click sign in and same page reappears with no sign in). So I would like to access the newsgroup thorugh Outlook Express (at least to resove the problem). I cannot find how to Open Outlook Express, it is not in the start menu, and trying each exe in the Program Files\outlook express did not work. I searched Microsoft, and it is not a seperate download, but part of IE 7. So, what are my options to install/repair/open outlook express? thanks bob
