migrating or copying local user profile to a network account profi

We have 6 PCs that are of various flavors of Windows. They were all separate

and independent workstation. Recently, we purchased Small Business Server

2003 and created network accounts for our users. Now, when they login they

have two profiles listed under Users (Vista PC, for example). However, their

new network acct does not have all the desktop and functionality that they

had with their local profiles. I know I can probably just copy the various

folders from their local to their network profile but I understand there is a

better way. What is that better way? I hear it is available in Small

Business Server 2003. It's a pain to copy those folders then recreate their

Outlook (Pop/SMTP) accounts all over again.
