I have windows 11 installed with all of the current updates, but when I right click on my taskbar, the taskbar seems to crash and within a few seconds

I can't get a screenshot of this behavior because this happens too fast. What I do get is a notification once the taskbar is redrawn. Having a bit of trouble uploading it, but here is the text:Version 22621.2361.58.1 is availableYou can update by right clicking on the taskbar, choosling "Properties", then "Updates". Click here to learn more about this update.When I do click on it, it takes me to the following github repository:https://github.com/valinet/ExplorerPatcher/releases/tag/22621.2361.58.1_05611ddSince this was posted by someone in Romania, not really inclined to install this patch.
